About Beyond The Arc
Beyond The Arc Basketball provides players in the Carroll County area with a premier competitive travel basketball team, access to competitive tournaments, experienced coaches, and a top-tier environment. As an organization, BTA provides a rigorous training program complete with drills tailored to each player's skill set to ensure success on the court. We believe that participation in our program will give young people the tools necessary to help them reach their goals both on and off the court. In addition to providing a positive environment for the young athletes, our staff and organization strive to provide a quality experience for the families.
TEAM VALUE STATEMENT
The value statements represent the team’s core priorities and most important characteristics of success. These values will mirror those of the Beyond The Arc Basketball’s core values; Grit, Respect, Integrity, Nonstop Determination, and Dependability. These are values that the program will live by and refer to daily on and off the court.

We will promote team goals over personal goals. You are only good as the team around you. Everyone on the team has value from the starters to the reserves. We will be a family on the court and off the court.
